Rules of visiting the exhibition


All persons who have accepted the organizer's invitation to visit the exhibition and registered on-line agree to these Rules and undertake to comply with them: Registration is REQUIRED for all visitors.
- Entrance to the exhibition on the first day is opened only for professional visitors. A professional visitor is a business owner, individual entrepreneur, official, manager, specialist or other representative of a specialized foreign or domestic company, enterprise, government agency, association, union who visits the exhibition to achieve business and professional goals.
- To confirm the professional status of the visitor, the Exhibition Organizer has the right to ask him/her to present a supporting document: his/her business card, power of attorney or official letter from the company he/she represents, other document confirming the professional status of the visitor.
- A badge is the basis for entering the exhibition. The badge is issued at the registration desk at the entrance to the exhibition area. The badge is valid for the entire period of the exhibition.
- The badge can be obtained upon presentation of the completed invitation or registration form.
- The electronic badge can be obtained by completing the on-line registration procedure on the official website of the exhibition. To do this, you need to print out the badge in A4 format, fold it as indicated in the margins, and present it at the entrance to the exhibition pavilion, bypassing the registration area.
- Filling in the registration form when exchanging the invitation for a badge is mandatory. Forms are available on the tables next to the registration desk.
- Students of specialized universities who have reached the age of 18 are allowed only as part of an accredited group accompanied by a teacher with a STUDENT badge on the last day of the exhibition - October 31, 2024. Persons under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter the exhibition! For accreditation, please contact au.moc.ep%40avorasimok.v no later than October 28, 2024 and submit a list of students officially certified by the administration of the relevant university.
- The organizers of the exhibition reserve the right to control the availability of documents confirming the age and affiliation with a specialized educational institution. In case of non-compliance of the document with the established rules, the organizer has the right to refuse to visit the exhibition.
- Transfer or sale of visitor badges to third parties is prohibited. The Organizer of the exhibition has the right to check the correspondence of the name indicated in the badge with the name of the user, for which the Organizer may ask the visitor to present an identity document.
- Visitors are not allowed to trade on the territory of the exhibition, distribute any advertising and information products, hold presentations, demonstrations, agitation and any other similar events and actions without the written consent of the organizer
- It is forbidden to be in a state and in a form that does not correspond to the business nature of the exhibition and generally accepted standards of behavior, as well as to perform actions that violate public order.
- The organizers of the exhibition reserve the right not to allow visitors to the exhibition territory who violate the established rules of conduct, show aggression, harass employees and security guards, or are in a state of alcoholic or toxic intoxication.
- In case of violation of these Rules, the Organizer shall have the right to refuse the person who committed the violation to visit the exhibition without any compensation.
- The Organizer shall have the right to require visitors to comply with anti-epidemiological norms and rules that will be in force on the dates of the exhibitions, as well as to prevent visitors who refuse to comply with them from entering the exhibition area.
